SHIPPING POLICY
Crystal Mission is based in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer Shipping via Overnight Courier to any North Island Address and 2-day Courier for South Island addresses. These are estimated time frames only - unfortunately any delays in shipping are out of our hands. But please get in touch if you have any concerns and we will do our best to help. We use NZ Post and NZ Couriers to send your items.
Sometimes we need to make up some of our items to order, but we endeavour to package and ship your items asap.
All orders above $70 receive FREE SHIPPING Nationwide!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We love to ship to our international customers. Please email us for a shipping quote for your area.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
You can exchange any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused in its original condition with its original packaging (with the exception of jewellery for hygiene purposes). Just email us to let us know and we can arrange for the item to be picked up and returned by us :)
DAMAGED ITEMS
We'll arrange for compensation or a replacement should there be any damage to the items on delivery, just email us photos of the damaged items and we can organise the rest!
