COLOUR ENHANCED QUARTZ
Colour enhanced Quartz is when a natural, raw Clear Quartz crystal has been coated with dyes or powders to change or enhance its colour. Often heated in a vacuum chamber by a process known as Vapor Deposition, heat alters the internal structure of the Quartz, affecting trace elements and inclusions, which leads to color changes. Although the dye is artificial, it is thought that it can be beneficial as it acts as a tool for amplifying color-based energies.
