Howlite is a calcium borosilicate hydroxide material, found in deposits with other borate and evaporite minerals. It’s usually a white or light grey opaque and porous stone with grey web-like streaks interlaced throughout the nodules, giving it a marbled effect. Howlite is believed to negate negative energy and help reduce insomnia.
