Fluorite (also called fluorspar) is the mineral form of calcium fluoride. Feather Fluorite describes the plumes or feather shaped inclusions within the mineral - caused by traces of scolecite, which crystallise inside the fluorite in a delicate feather pattern. Fluorite is believed to cleanse and stabilise the aura and neutralise negative energy and stress and is thought to be a potent healing mineral.
