Cobalto Calcite, also known as Cobaltoan Calcite or Pink Calcite, is a pink to purple variety of calcite a member of the Quartz family. Known for it's bright pink color due to the presence of cobalt, as its name suggests, mostly forming as a layer of druse. Believed to be a stone of love and relationships, Cobalto Calcite is thought to assist with trust, calm, compassion and empathy.
