Aurichalcite is a rare zinc and copper carbonate mineral, often occuring alonside Hemimorphite, Smithsonite, Malachite, Chrysocolla, Azurite, Adamite, and Rosasite, and may become a secondary combination material with these minerals. Colours range from a soft minty pastel green to sky blue with a range of blue/green hues. Aurichalcite is believed to absorb negative energy and support calm and balance.
